At Charles TARDY Immobilier, the ambassador - prescriber has a full status. As a close partner of the Negotiator, he detects opportunities for him and puts him in touch with potential Sellers or Buyers but will not take part in the visits or the negotiations... The Negotiator provides him with personalised flyers, which allow him to promote the services of our company on a daily basis, and visits him regularly. The prescriber receives 10% of the fees (excluding VAT) received by CHARLES IMMOBILIER PARTENAIRES, for any real estate transaction actually carried out thanks to your indication.
The prescriber's remuneration depends solely on the completion of the project. The commission will be payable after the signing of the notarial deed.
The ambassador - prescriber has no obligation or responsibility towards the prospect (or client) or the company.
The same applies to the company towards the prescriber.
